Drink lots of water.

- Avoid foods and beverages like onions, garlic, and alcohol that have strong odors.
- Use oral hygiene products that don’t contain alcohol or sodium lauryl sulphate.
- Use specially formulated products that contain chlorine dioxide and or zinc compounds.
- And very important is regularly scheduled visits to your dentist.
Bad breath isn’t just a social problem. By taking steps to prevent and cure bad breath, you are also maintaining the health of you mouth and your teeth, and contributing to your overall health.
